Dr. Syril Thomas began guiding students in 1992 — when almost no one in Kerala did this work, which is how Pioneer earned its name. He went on to complete BDS in Tamil Nadu and built college connections across South India.
He carries forward a family legacy started by his father, Mr. Thomas Elenjikkal, active since 1987 — and is the former Secretary of CHECK, Kerala's first consortium of education consultants.
